My kids have this toy with about 10-12 other gifts for Christmas. As usual, on Christmas morning my kids rip their toys out of the wrapping and packaging paper and then clean everything before heading to Grandmother’s house 3 states away. Now that we are back in town after 4 days, we want to understand all the toys and decided to get my daughter to get Webkinz adopted. Now we discover that probably misplaced special “Secret Code Tag. Well this is the end of the history of this toy. Be careful, you can not do anything like register or play with the animals without the tag line “secret code”. And society can not help if you lose the code tag.Ora my baby and I am very frustrated. Why do not they just put the code on the tag fabric, or simply attach the tag secret code more securely to the toy? The concept is great, except that there is no customer service. My daughter was playing with his line webkin daily for weeks, then suddenly could not, because I can not access there was no way to reach customer service, so we had one of his friends on their login password and contact customer service for her, but the answer was obviously a generic login and telling her to change her password, but can not login – that is the problem! But at least then we had an e-mail so I email again and so far have not even bothered to respond.
