I was apalled when I ripped open the package to see my watch was a brand new toy. Nothing like a clock that someone could use to make there way out of a vast desert. Granted, my expectations might have been high, but this thing was a piece of plastic ca ca. Plastic in all, not at all what I expected in a quality watch from Casio. I promptly returned to Amazon. I would warn anyone considering buying this watch from doing so if you are looking for something that is hard and sturdy and can hold up to some kind of wear. I was very disappointed.
